If you are ready to FEEL BETTER, you need to see Vicki ASAP!

Since I was in middle school I have had stomach issues. I can remember sitting in class after lunch just rocking back and forth because I was in so much pain. After receiving a diagnosis of IBS, I thought that this pain and bloating was just going to be a part of my normal life. While I accepted this mentally, that didn’t mean that the pain wasn’t debilitating. With the stomach pain and bloating also came blood sugar dysregulation, hormone issues, low self-esteem, and so much more. For years I couldn’t enjoy going out with friends or family out of fear that my stomach would begin to hurt and I would be miserable the rest of the night. I was tired. I was fed up. I needed help. But my past experiences with doctors simply brushing me off made me think I would never get it. Furthermore, these issues seemed to be worsening after my hormones became imbalanced after stopping birth control.

Enter Vicki at Restoring Roots Wellness. Never did I believe that working with her for a few short months would make virtually every symptom I’ve had for almost 15 years go away. Your pain, bloating, discomfort, hormone issues, and more are NOT normal, and you shouldn’t have to live that way! Since working with Vicki, my blood sugar has stabilized, I’ve learned how to eat even better, my hormones have regulated, my stomach no longer hurts or bloats after I eat, I have learned to love my body, and overall I feel SO much better. Instead of pain and bloating every single day after every single meal, now I maybe have a bad day once a month, if that. My quality of life has improved so much thanks to Vicki. It is amazing how much better life is when you realize that you and your body are worth it and shouldn’t have to be miserable.

If you are considering working with Vicki, know that you must be willing to make a change. While she does use some supplement support to encourage the healing process, it is amazing how much our bodies can heal just by treating them well and nourishing them with the correct things. You must be willing to potentially change your diet and lifestyle to support the healing process. However, I guarantee you will not regret it once you finally feel better.

Vicki is kind, supportive, knowledgeable, passionate, and more, and she will do everything she can to help you feel better. For the quality of life I now have, Vicki’s minimal fee seems almost not enough. If you are ready to take back your life, Vicki at Restoring Roots Wellness is the first person you need to see!

Best health decision I’ve ever made!

A few years ago I was feeling icky. Nothing horrible, but just not up to par. I was also achy all over all the time. My muscles ached, my joints ached, my big toe had random stabbing pains, my neck hurt, I was tired all the time. I (of course) didn’t think it was anything I needed to see the doctor about - it was just all part of getting older. I have been on every diet known to man (or more appropriately woman), tried many exercise plans, lost some weight, gained it back, but never lost the aches and pains. In my mind this was just going to be my new normal.

Then I started talking to Vicki about Nutritional Therapy. She worked with me on learning how to eat the right foods and on getting my whole body and gut back into alignment. She taught me about foods that are inflammatory (goodbye sugar and bad oils) and when I cut those things out I felt so much better!! It’s not easy! I am a total backslider and love chips, cookies, and pretty much any mass prepared snack food, but can honestly say that each time I backslide now it makes me feel so icky that I quickly recover and get back to eating right.

Vicki has been very patient and is an awesome coach! She has so many great suggestions to help get through the rough spots and really does know what she’s talking about! She’s passionate about helping others to feel as good in their body as she does. I know it worked for me. My aches and pains are gone and when I get home from work I don’t feel the need to flop on the couch and veg out the rest of the night!! Best health decision I’ve ever made!!

***Back in July I had blood work done that showed fairly high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. There is a family history of heart problems so this was something I was really concerned about. My doctor wanted to put me on Cholesterol reducing meds but I told him I wanted 6 months to try to reduce my levels. He agreed and gave me until February, 2019. I had my blood work done last week and thanks to Vicki’s advice and help my numbers are down. Cholesterol was 245 and is now 198!!
