THE RESTORE YOUR ROOTS CHALLENGE
SO YOU WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH BUT YOU DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START.
In today’s day and age, it can be downright confusing. Everyone seems to have an opinion on what you should and shouldn’t eat. Or maybe you’ve tried to eat healthier before, but you’re lacking the support and accountability you need to make it stick.
Let me help!
I created the RESTORE YOUR ROOTS CHALLENGE as a way to teach people just like you how to take care of their body. This 28 day challenge functions as both a nutritional reset AND an educational program.
We will cut inflammatory foods and focus on a real food, nutrient dense diet to nourish our bodies in the way nature intended. You’ll also get an introduction to Nutritional Therapy and learn so much about how your body operates.
I’ll be your guide through it all, using my training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and my own experiences, because I’ve been right where you are before.
Here’s what you’ll get:
Daily videos from me where I’ll teach you the basics of Nutritional Therapy.
Daily emails with helpful tips and links to additional resources for you to learn more.
Once weekly video calls with me where you’ll have the chance to ask me questions and dive deeper into the week’s topics.
Support and guidance through a 28-day reset where we will remove inflammatory foods from the diet (for good reason!)
A recipe guide with recipes for 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners, and 7 side dishes all tried-and-true by me, knowing full well they are delicious and nutritious.
Access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions, share your experiences, and support your fellow challengers.
